## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Valid driver's license required

 * Experience resolving end-user technical issues
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 administration
 * CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience
 * Experience with Hybrid AD environments, Microsoft SharePoint, Intune device enrollment, and Office 365 administration
 * CCNA certification is a strong plus, but not required
 * Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
 * Excellent customer service skills and a self-motivated, eager-to-learn attitude, * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

 * IT Related: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * Driver's License (Required)

## Description

* Provide technical assistance to customers via phone
 * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related issues
 * Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
 * Apply logical troubleshooting methods and work independently
 * Support and maintain systems including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems
 * Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, and/or walk-ups
 * Support and maintain systems including DNS, DHCP, Hybrid Active Directory environment, enrollment of computers and mobile devices to Intune, and Windows operating systems
