You will be expected to assess emerging capabilities, guide their pragmatic adoption in customer solutions and ensure that delivery approaches remain aligned to modern, future-fit patterns. You will work closely with architects, product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, supportable solutions, while balancing best practice with delivery pragmatism. The role requires strong integration expertise, technical leadership across distributed teams and the ability to build confidence with customers through clear, credible technical guidance. ## Related Videos - [From DevOps to Scaled DevOps: How We’re Rebuilding Continuous Delivery as a Platform](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100018-from-devops-to-scaled-devops-how-we-re-rebuilding-continuous-delivery-as-a-platform) - [The Resilience of the World Wide Web](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1281-the-resilience-of-the-world-wide-web) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE - the weekly developer show with Chris Heilmann and Daniel Cranney](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1309-wearedevelopers-live-the-weekly-developer-show-with-chris-heilmann-and-daniel-cranney) - [Develop enterprise-ready applications for Microsoft Teams with Azure resources on modern web technologies](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/187-develop-enterprise-ready-applications-for-microsoft-teams-with-azure-resources-on-modern-web-technologies) - [DevOps Maturity Check – a way to balance autonomy and alignment](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/58-devops-maturity-check-a-way-to-balance-autonomy-and-alignment) - [Meta Harnesses: What the JS Framework Wars Teach Us About What Is Next for AI Agents](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100353-meta-harnesses-what-the-js-framework-wars-teach-us-about-what-is-next-for-ai-agents) ## Related Articles - [What Are The Top Skills Required For Azure Developers?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/77-what-are-the-top-skills-required-for-azure-developers) - [What’s the Difference between a Junior, Mid, and Senior Developer?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/238-what-s-the-difference-between-a-junior-mid-and-senior-developer) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Why Upskilling And Reskilling is Important For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/428-why-upskilling-and-reskilling-is-important-for-developers)
