* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar software delivery role
 * Experience with configurable B2B software platforms
 * Strong Agile experience (Scrum and/or Kanban)
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
 * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
 * Comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions
 * Experience using AI tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar) to improve productivity and product delivery
 * Experience working with Jira and Confluence
 * Enterprise software or SaaS experience
 * Knowledge of APIs, SQL or data models
 * Exposure to AI-enabled products or generative AI technologies
