## About the Role

* We're looking for a techno-functional Scrum Master - someone who goes beyond standard ceremony facilitation and can genuinely engage with the technical and functional substance of what the team is building. This is explicitly not a role for someone who just \"runs standups\" - that kind of process-only facilitation is increasingly handled by AI tooling, so the value-add expected here is judgment and hands-on engagement with delivery.

## Description

* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team delivery processes
 * Proactively identify when the team is blocked or at risk - and know when to flag/escalate rather than simply reporting status
 * Engage with the functional and technical substance of the work closely enough to understand why something is stuck, even without solving it personally
 * Support communication and coordination across the development team and stakeholders
 * Operate to the delivery standards expected in a regulated banking environment
 * Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is must have
