This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on data analysis, commercial insight and applied data science. Working with large, complex and unstructured datasets, you will help the business better understand customer and commercial performance, identify opportunities for improvement and turn data into clear, actionable insight. A key area of focus will be working with an existing AI model centred around the capture and analysis of unstructured data from customer conversations. You will use the data and outputs generated from these interactions to identify meaningful patterns and insights and explore how they can be combined with wider customer and commercial data.
