This is an excellent long-term opportunity for technicians who have hands-on experience troubleshooting server hardware, performing rack and stack activities, and supporting large-scale data center operations. Successful candidates will have a strong technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn from team leads and follow established processes., * Move servers, switches, and related equipment to designated installation locations. * Inspect hardware for damage prior to deployment. * Perform smoke testing and basic validation of server functionality. * Rack, stack, and configure servers, switches, and other data center equipment. * Install and manage structured cabling according to provided wire maps and standards. * Ensure all cabling is bundled, routed, and documented according to site requirements. * Collaborate with network teams to validate connectivity and installation accuracy. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and isolate server hardware issues. * Perform break/fix activities within a production data center environment. * Install and replace components such as: + Network Interface Cards (NICs) + Memory + Hard Drives/Storage Devices * Assist with server unboxing, staging, and deployment preparation. * Conduct inventory audits of servers, spare parts, and consumables. * Decommission and remove equipment from racks and data center spaces. * Follow operational procedures and safety standards at all times., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
