## Description

A growing IT staffing organization is seeking a high-performing 360 IT Recruiter to own a defined IT niche from end to end. This is a revenue-driving role for a recruiter who understands their market, tracks industry trends, and can confidently close both clients and candidates.
What you'll do

 * Generate new business within your IT niche through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
 * Sell recruiting solutions directly to hiring managers, acting as a market subject matter expert
 * Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
 * Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
 * Meet or exceed KPIs including calls, interviews, submittals, starts, and revenue
