* Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 * Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) paired with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
 * Exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure and mobile application development concepts.
 * Practical ability to leverage AI tools, explore modern AI trends, and construct functional AI agents for project workflows.
 * Strong analytical problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

## Description

As a Software Engineer on the WEX Technology team, you will work in a team that partners closely with Product Managers and customers to learn about the challenges employers face while navigating the competitive business landscape. You will design solutions that solve problems in ways our customers love and work for our business. You will build the highest quality software in the latest technologies and test-driven development practices., * Develop Full-Stack & Mobile Systems: Apply data structures and algorithms to build scalable backend services with Java and Spring Boot, alongside mobile application components.

 * Database & Cloud Integration: Design PostgreSQL schemas, optimize queries, and deploy resilient microservices on AWS cloud infrastructure.
 * Construct Practical AI Solutions: Leverage modern AI tools and trends to build AI agents, automate workflows, and accelerate project delivery.
 * Learn & Collaborate: Partner with senior engineers to apply software design best practices, write thoroughly tested code, and ship features during the internship.
