## Description

Boston Children's Hospital seeks an IT Epic Analyst II specializing in OpTime to support and optimize our surgical and perioperative workflows. In this role, you will gather requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders, design and configure Epic OpTime solutions, build and maintain templates and preference cards, perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades. You will collaborate closely with clinicians, IT peers, and project teams to enhance patient safety, efficiency, and quality, while contributing to a mission-driven, innovative pediatric care environment., * Gather and document business and clinical requirements for Epic Op

 * Time
 * Design, build, and configure Op
 * Time workflows, templates, and preference cards
 * Perform system, integration, and regression testing for new build and upgrades
 * Troubleshoot application issues and provide Tier 2/3 support to end users
 * Collaborate with clinicians, operations, and IT teams to optimize workflows
 * Maintain documentation of build, change requests, and configurations
 * Support Epic upgrades, enhancement projects, and new feature rollouts
 * Provide end-user training and go-live support for surgical departments
 * Monitor system performance and data quality, recommending improvements
 * Ensure compliance with hospital policies, security, and change management processes
