## Description

Eliassen Federal is seeking a Senior Application Developer / Atlassian Engineer to support a federal customer. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on Jira/Confluence Data Center, Atlassian Cloud migrations, application development, IAM, and Azure., Lead and execute Jira and Confluence Data Center-to-Cloud migrations
Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom Jira/Confluence solutions, plugins, workflows, and integrations
Develop and maintain applications using Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure
Administer and support Jira and Confluence Data Center environments, including upgrades, patches, security, and troubleshooting
Design and maintain IAM solutions, including SSO, SAML, MFA, Active Directory, LDAP, and RBAC
Evaluate legacy applications and recommend modernization approaches
Troubleshoot complex application, database, integration, infrastructure, and authentication issues
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and customer support
Develop technical documentation, implementation plans, and estimates
