## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in development with an emphasis on native mobile application development.
 * Extensive React Native and native mobile development experience, along with a proven track record of leading multiple mobile engineering teams
 * Any experience with Flutter / Dart would be plus.
 * 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead capacity with direct reports and responsibility for assigning tasks, mentoring, leading projects, etc.
 * Experience leading platform-wide initiatives and providing estimations for the tasks.
 * Define best code standards, ensure development standards are adhered (i.e., coding syntax, look and feel, commenting methods).

## Description

* Train and assist team engineers in developmental skills, and contribute to team growth.
 * Promote inclusive collaborations, consult with business analysts and/or users to gather information about application needs, objectives, functions, features, and requirements.
 * Work with team members to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications to meet needs.
 * Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about developed software.
 * Train internal and end users and monitor applications after implementation.
 * Write and maintain technical documentation to describe program development, coding, testing, changes, and corrections, installation, and operation of developed software.
