Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities as outlined by the client. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * At least 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development. * Proficiency in ASP.NET framework, .NET languages (e.g., C#, ADO.NET, EF), and Entity Framework. * Strong knowledge of SQL Server and modern application architecture patterns (e.g., REST APIs). * Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and web development technologies. * Strong understanding of front-end and back-end software design patterns. * Proficient in writing reusable and maintainable code with a focus on performance and scalability. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. * Effective problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail. * Active Top Secret Security Clearance. * Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment. The Work: The .NET/React Full Stack Developer, SME, will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications and services. With a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development frameworks, you will be responsible for creating seamless, efficient, and scalable solutions to deliver an exceptional user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams-including designers, product managers, and developers, you will engage in the full software development lifecycle: from initial concepts and design to testing and deployment.
