## About the Role

+ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent amount of practical experience.
 + 7+ years of hands on Engineering and software development experience.
 + Strong background in AI technologies and experience building multi-agent applications.
 + Demonstrated experience in collaborating with agentic AI.
 + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
 + Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field and experience with large-scale AI deployments.
 + Experience designing systems, or parts of systems, to be testable
 + Comfortable working close to production, building and owning gates to ensure robust deployment
 + Ability to influence engineering practices beyond your own team
Nice to have

 + Experience with commerce specific systems: payments, inventory, order orchestration, pricing
 + Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD , etc.)
 + Experience with chaos or fault injection testing
