This role facilitates essential Scrum activities, aligns backlogs, removes team impediments, tracks Agile performance metrics, and promotes strong collaboration across technical and mission partners. The Scrum Master III plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring successful delivery within complex, high-impact environments., * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives * Support backlog refinement and assist Product Owners in maintaining aligned and prioritized backlogs * Identify, track, and remove impediments to keep delivery on track * Provide foundational Agile coaching and demonstrate servant leadership * Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and overall sprint health * Communicate risks, dependencies, and progress across teams and stakeholders * Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across technical and mission teams * Use Jira and Confluence for workflow, documentation, and team coordination * Utilize Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools for communication and alignment * Contribute foundational knowledge of AI/ML pipelines, data engineering, or national-defense project environments * Support the delivery of AI, data, and defense-related capabilities in alignment with Agile best practices, * Happy - Be Infectious.
