## About the Role

Minimum 3 years of experience with Product Ownership with Agile Project Management and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development)
Minimum 2 years of experience with Pharma R&D Clinical Systems (Veeva Vault)

## Description

A Product Owner with Pharma R&D Clinical Systems (Veeva Vault) experience
The Work:
As a Product Owner,
you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach.
You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants.
Your role involves validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Chesterbrook, PA but may consider qualified candidates in Tampa, Orlando or Nashville.
