## About the Role

Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Test Data Management, ideally within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
StrongSQLskills and hands-on experience with relational databases such asOracle, MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Experience withdata masking tools and technologies, such as Delphix or Informatica, is highly desirable.
Good understanding ofSDLC and Agile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with testing phases includingSIT, UAT and regression testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and data quality.
Self-directed, solution-oriented and comfortable working withindistributed, cross-location teams.
Fluent English (C1 level).

## Description
