 * Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data-management processes.
 * Manage Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and user access.
 * Perform data imports, updates, cleansing, validation, and ongoing data quality management.
 * Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
 * Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform maintenance.
 * Manage multiple priorities and deliver Salesforce initiatives within defined timelines.
 * Provide documentation, user support, and guidance on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
 * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to continuously improve Salesforce processes and user experience.
