* Provide technical support onsite and remotely to clients in the Twin Cities
 * Monitor servers, networks, and devices using MSP tools
 * Install and configure desktops, laptops, servers, firewalls, switches, and more
 * Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and user migrations
 * Respond to support tickets and document resolutions
 * Assist in project implementation for clients across industries
