## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics or a related field
 * 5+ years of experience
 * Expertise in thermal management, heat transfer, and related system design principles
 * Experience in a customer-facing capacity (e.g., applications, sales, or field engineering)
 * Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee technical projects
 * Experience in project management fundamentals, with a focus on execution, including requirements definition, risk management, and schedule oversight

Preferred

 * A graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field with a focus on thermal fluids
 * Experience in a manufacturing setting
 * Familiarity with manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles

## Description

* Once a project is won, lead a cross-functional team of engineers to ensure the successful execution of the project.
 * Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
 * Support clear, proactive communication with customers, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving technical challenges efficiently
 * Collaborate closely with sales and technical sales teams during handover phases to ensure continuity and a deep understanding of customer expectations
 * Drive project success by aligning internal engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders around clear objectives and deliverables.

Thermal Architecture & Feasibility

 * Develop novel thermal-fluid solutions and concepts that map our capabilities to customer needs.
 * Participate in initial analysis and feasibility assessments to determine if a customer's problem is a strong fit for our technology.
 * Distill insights from projects to help inform the product and technology roadmap.
