## About the Role

* Proven field experience installing and managing copper and fiber structured cabling systems (horizontal and backbone, pathways and spaces, IDF/MDF/telecom room buildouts)
 * Minimum 5 years project management experience
 * Field construction experience on active jobsites (crews, GCs, other trades, site conditions, punch/closeout)
 * Working knowledge of OSHA, BICSI, and ANSI/TIA standards
 * Familiarity with major structured cabling manufacturers and systems (CommScope, Panduit, Corning, Belden, Leviton, or equivalent)

Strong plus

 * AV systems
 * Access control / electronic security
 * Industry certifications (BICSI RCDD or Technician, PMP, OSHA 30, manufacturer certifications)

Other Requirements

 * Valid driver's license and ability to cover Delray through Miami jobsites
 * Comfortable on active construction sites
 * Able to manage multiple jobs at once.
 * Strong communication with field techs, GCs, and customers

## Description

We are hiring a Field Project Manager to own delivery of structured cabling and ICT infrastructure work across the Delray-Miami corridor. This is a field-based construction role, not a desk-only PM seat.
Responsibilities

 * Run jobs on site from kickoff through testing and closeout
 * Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and other trades
 * Own schedule, quality, safety, and client communication
 * Read drawings and specs, catch scope issues early, and keep work moving
 * Track labor, materials, change conditions, and job status
 * Support closeout: testing/certification, as-builts, punch, turnover
