## About the Role

* 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field.
 * Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
 * Strong experience with Apache Spark and PySpark or Scala.
 * Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries, and query optimization.
 * Experience developing ETL/ELT data pipelines.
 * Strong understanding of distributed data processing and big-data concepts.
 * Experience with AWS data services such as S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, and Athena.
 * Experience with Python, preferably PySpark.
 * Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database concepts.
 * Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large-scale data processing jobs.
 * Experience with Git or other source-control tools.
