## About the Role

* Epic Cadence OR Prelude certification/proficiency - REQUIRED
 * 5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience - REQUIRED
 * Strong Patient Access experience
 * Grand Central experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
 * Must be comfortable performing hands-on build, maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical/application teams and end users
 * Candidates should be experienced enough to operate independently in a fast-paced Epic maintenance environment, * Epic Grand Central
