## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.\n
 * 10+ years of experience in controls engineering, system engineering, application engineering, plant integration, or related technical roles.\n
 * Experience with power generation systems such as Steam Turbine, HRSG, Generator, Electrical systems, or Plant BOP.\n, * Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments with multiple technical interfaces.\n
 * Demonstrated ability to develop and align technical solutions across functions and disciplines.\n
 * Strong understanding of controls architecture, system integration, and plant-level engineering interfaces.\n
 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n
 * Master's degree in engineering as an advantage or related technical field.\n
 * Experience in combined cycle power plant projects.\n
 * Experience supporting both ITO and OTR/project execution phases.\n
 * Strong understanding of standard product application, reusable controls libraries, and modular solution design.\n
 * Strong understanding of controls architecture, system integration, and plant-level engineering interfaces.\n
 * Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n
 * Familiarity with GE Vernova tools, processes, product structures, and engineering governance.\n
 * Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. \n
