## Description

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver reliable, customer-obsessed technical support for our global workforce. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage user accounts and access; and support cloud-based collaboration tools. You will leverage data, documentation, and automation to drive root-cause fixes and continuous improvement. Working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, you will partner with global IT and AWS teams to ensure employees stay productive while you grow your skills and career in cutting-edge technologies., * Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals for Amazon employees.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve OS, application, and network connectivity issues in a ticket-based environment.
 * Manage user accounts, access, and permissions using Active Directory/Azure AD and related tools.
 * Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices following security and compliance standards.
 * Collaborate with global IT and AWS teams to support cloud-based tools and internal services.
 * Monitor, triage, and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
 * Document solutions, create knowledge-base articles, and contribute to process improvements.
 * Identify recurring issues and propose automation or root-cause fixes to enhance reliability.
 * Support remote and hybrid employees via remote-access tools and collaboration platforms.
 * Participate in on-call or shift rotations to maintain high availability in a fast-paced environment.
