Are you an experienced network professional ready to take ownership of enterprise-level systems and lead complex technical initiatives? Do you thrive in a role where your decisions directly impact network performance, security, and scalability?, * 2+ years of experience in network administration and IT infrastructure support

 * Proven expertise in switching, routing, and firewall management
 * Advanced knowledge of network security practices and access controls
 * Strong command of Microsoft environments, including Office 365 and Active Directory
 * Experience managing virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXi, Azure)
 * Proficiency with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
 * Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
 * Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines, * Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
 * Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified
 * Experience working in a MSP (Managed Services Provider) environment is a plus

## Description

* Assisting in the analysis and support of IT problems, ensuring efficient resolution.
 * Monitor and optimize network performance, availability, and security using industry best practices
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, escalating and coordinating with vendors as needed
 * Configure and maintain VLANs, STP, LACP, QoS, and security protocols
 * Administer and maintain systems including Cisco, VMWare, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
 * Manage virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure
 * Oversee system audits, documentation, and disaster recovery planning
 * Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend improvements
 * Travel to client sites locally as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
