 * Ability to work overtime as required in a fast paced production environment.
 * Excellent attention to detail and willingness to be creative.
 * Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Familiarity with EVMS, MIL-STD processes, and DFARS requirements.
 * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis/reporting tools.

Coordinating, * Lead production planning activities across multiple integration projects, balancing capacity, materials, and schedule requirements.

 * Monitor and control work order execution, proactively resolving shortages, engineering changes, and priority conflicts.
 * Interpret, prioritize, and execute MRP action messages to adjust procurement, rescheduling, and work order release decisions.
 * Develop and maintain production schedules, Line of Balance (LOB) charts, and milestone tracking.
 * Provide production control expertise in cross-functional meetings with Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
 * Ensure ERP system accuracy (Deltek Costpoint preferred) for all assigned programs, including work order, WIP, and inventory management.
 * Generate reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and program stakeholders.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes, KPIs, and reporting tools.
 * Expedite jobs as required.
 * Participate in status meetings weekly.
