You'll be the technical point of contact for enterprise and strategic accounts, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, Partnerships, and Sales to remove technical blockers and drive a smooth path to go-live. This is not just an integration role. Think "customer engineering": you'll solve a broad set of technical challenges that may block implementation and adoption, spanning APIs and product knowledge. What You'll Be Doing As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Factorial, you will: Own the end-to-end technical workstream for enterprise accounts + Lead technical discovery, workshops, and solution design sessions with both technical and business stakeholders. + Translate requirements into an executable delivery plan: scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria. + Guide technical onboarding end-to-end: advanced configuration, data onboarding, integrations where applicable, testing, validation, and go-live. + Act as the escalation owner for complex technical blockers, driving resolution end-to-end.
