* 2-7 years of professional software engineering experience
 * Strong proficiency in Python
 * Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
 * Working knowledge of at least one additional language such as Java, C#, or Go
 * Backend or full-stack experience with production systems
 * Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing
 * Ability to confidently navigate and debug large, multi-file codebases
 * Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations
 * Advanced professional written proficiency in English
 * Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills

## Description

* Debug and resolve issues across complex, multi-file codebases
 * Implement new backend or full-stack functionality
 * Refactor and migrate existing systems
 * Develop and extend unit and integration test suites
 * Write clear technical specifications and reference implementations
 * Review code and technical submissions for correctness and quality
 * Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes
 * Validate that requirements, code, tests, and expected outputs are aligned
