 - Kenntnisse im Bereich Network Security, Netzwerksegmentierung und Zugriffskonzepte

 - Erfahrung mit Unified Communications Lösungen wie VoIP-, Video- und Collaboration-Plattformen von Vorteil

 - Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Koordination von internen und externen Lieferanten sowie Herstellern

 - Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, insbesondere bei der Bewertung von Auswirkungen und Prioritäten im Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management

 - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 - Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz
