 * Grundverständnis von Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Netzwerken, Cloud, Backup, Disaster Recovery und IT-Security
 * Erfahrung mit ERP-, Business-Applikations- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten, z. B. SAP, CRM oder BI, von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung in Budget-, Risiko-, Stakeholder- und Dienstleistersteuerung; ITIL- oder Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
