* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer hochkritischen Microsoft Active Directory- und Entra ID-Umgebungen inklusive Tier-0 Services
 * Bearbeitung von Service Requests, Incidents und Changes über ServiceNow
 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen in hybriden Identity-Umgebungen
 * Umsetzung von Security-, Patching-, Lifecycle- und Wartungsmaßnahmen
 * Mitarbeit an Automatisierungs-, Migrations- und technischen Innovationsprojekten
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Security-, Infrastruktur-, Cloud- und IAM-Teams
 * Perspektivische Übernahme von Service-Ownership-Aufgaben sowie Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft
