Dutch is a bonus. * Strong Python skills, is a bonus. * Experience with observability tooling such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki or similar. * Familiarity with security vulnerability triage, including CVEs and dependency risks. * Experience with AWS services such as RDS, S3, ElastiCache and IAM. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the persistence to dig into root causes. * Clear communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into practical next steps. Nice to have * Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools. * Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. * Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools. * Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, Celery or similar technologies. * Experience with Sentry, Aikido, AWS Inspector or AWS GuardDuty. * Experience with Django or a similar web framework. * An interest in EV charging, energy or mobility. ## Description As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Ops Engineer who enjoys digging into complex problems, improving reliability and security and turning recurring issues into structural solutions. If you're at your best when tracing problems to their root cause and making systems more resilient along the way, we'd love to meet you. Your role As a System Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of engineering, operations and product. You'll be part of our DevOps team, but your impact will reach across our platform and engineering squads. You'll investigate recurring incidents, alerts and vulnerabilities, make problems visible through strong observability and turn reactive firefighting into proactive prevention. You'll also develop a strong understanding of our product and use that knowledge to build tools that help our Support and Engineering teams diagnose and resolve issues faster.
