* Previous working experience in professional software development working with a strongly typed language like C++, Java, Rust and ability to be productive in any language leveraging AI
 * In-depth understanding of algorithms and data structures
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
 * Strong sense of teamwork and ownership and willingness to learn new skills
 * Experienced in using LLM augmented development and rapid prototyping
 * Comfortable participating in on-call operations rotation
 * BSc or MSc in Computing Science, Mathematics or other quantitative fields, * Kafka, Chronicle Queue, gRPC, Google Cloud Platform
 * Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
 * Previous experience in the Trading industry
 * Proficiency in Python

 * Partner with quants, traders, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into innovative, scalable technical solutions.
 * Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and engineering excellence.
 * Champion innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends, driving impactful improvements across the technology stack, and integrating third-party tools and platforms into our systems where they add value.
 * Own software quality from end to end by contributing to code reviews, testing, deployment, and adoption, delivering robust, reliable solutions to production.
