## Description

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will operate as a hands-on IT generalist, responsible for managing and improving infrastructure across multiple locations. You will ensure systems, networks, and services are secure, stable, and high-performing., * Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and applications

 * Administer Cisco networks (routing, switching, LAN/WAN)
 * Support and optimise VMware virtual environments
 * Maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
 * Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
 * Manage backup and disaster recovery processes
 * Handle incident and problem management (ITIL-based)
 * Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support
 * Maintain clear technical documentation
 * Support global operations and remote sites
