Technical support experience in a Tech/FinTech company
Payments experience would be advantageous
Understanding of API, REST, webhooks and logs is required
Strong coding skills in at least one of: Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Go, C#
Experience with Node.js and React is a plus
Knowledge of iOS/Android is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Ability to work in a customer-focused and target-driven environment
Fluency in Spanish and English
