They should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop their skills. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to positively engage with end users while working both independently and as part of a team. Some travel will be required, candidate must hold a valid UK Driving Licence., * Relevant IT qualification e.g. CompTIA A+ or equivalent. * Additional technical certifications e.g. MS 365 * ITIL Foundation or similar service management certification., * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels of the business. * Windows 10 / 11 administration & support. * Managed and supported hardware lifecycle activities such as laptop provisioning, deployment, and maintenance. * Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including patching, connectivity checks and troubleshooting. * Familiarity with IT service frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and meeting response and resolution targets for incidents and requests. * Exposure to Active Directory\DNS\DHCP or similar user account and access management systems. * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and principles to support a secure IT environment. * Experience in a technical support role, including exposure to some project-based work and hands-on involvement in IT initiatives Other useful, but not essential, experience * VMWare vSphere * Microsoft Exchange (on-prem) * Familiar with MS 365 - Admin \ Intra \ Exchange-Online Centres * Cisco Meraki Switches & Access Points * Sophos Central - Endpoint & encryption * Knowledge of backup technologies * RHEL or other Linux versions ## Description PE Limited is seeking a motivated IT professional to join our Guildford office.
