## About the Role

* Commercial IT support experience.
 * A tenacious approach to learning new technology and processes.
 * Willingness to work in a team environment and share specialist knowledge with colleagues.
 * Cyber security knowledge.
 * Experience with Linux server OS.
 * SC clearance, or eligibility for clearance.
 * Commercial networking knowledge.
 * Firewall configuration experience.
 * Switch and router configuration experience.
 * Understanding of PKI and key management.

## Description

* Implement, monitor, and support our IT infrastructure and networking.
 * Adhere to our IT support and service processes.
 * Work closely with a project manager and technical support teams.
 * Proactively monitor our IT systems to ensure 24x7x365 uptime.
 * Support continuous improvement of our UK IT infrastructure through upgrades and other enhancements.
 * Contribute to the development of our IT dashboard for the Network Operations Centre.
 * Work a shift-based schedule, with remote working for all shifts outside office hours and for half of the day shifts.
 * Attend our Chandlers Ford office 1 to 3 days per month.
