* Experience working in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory
 * Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls
 * Exposure to Cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft Azure
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
 * A genuine interest in Cloud Infrastructure and Cyber Security
 * MSP experience is highly desirable
