* Previous experience as a senior level full stack engineer.
 * Comfortable across React/TypeScript, Python or Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS serverless/microservices.
 * Have contributed to a greenfield build, major refactor, or distributed systems.
 * Experience with accounting, financial or ERP software would be nice to have.
 * Have some experience mentoring less experienced developers.

## Description

* Designing and building features across the full stack: React/TypeScript on the front end, Python/Node.js on the back, PostgreSQL for data, all running on AWS serverless/microservices.
 * Help to shape technical design and architecture decisions for the new platform.
 * Mentor a junior AI developer and help raise the engineering standard across the team.
 * Work in an AI-first environment with modern AI-assisted dev tools already part of the day-to-day workflow.
