## About the Role

Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, alternativ abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Berufserfahrung

 - Langjährige Berufs- und Projekterfahrung im Bereich Consulting und Implementierung von SAP SuccessFactors (\~ 5 Jahre) sowie Erfahrung in agiler Projektmethodik
 - Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Rahmen von SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central weitere Module (z.B. Learning) mit erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Projekten und fundiertem personalwirtschaftlichem Wissen
 - Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tickettools wie beispielsweise SAP Solution Manager
 - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischsprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 - Sehr gute Präsentationsskills, selbständige und termingerechte Arbeitsweise, eigenständige und sichere Kommunikation, Teamfähigkeit und Reisebereitschaft

## Description

Qualifizierte, fachliche und technische Beratung unserer Kunden sowie die Betreuung nach Einführungsprojekten

 - Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen und Aufwandsschätzungen sowie Konzeption betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit SAP SuccessFactors unter Berücksichtigung von Integrationsaspekten und -technologien
 - Leitung, Planung und Durchführung von Modul- und Integrationstests sowie Durchführung von internen und externen Schulungen mit Erstellung von Dokumentationen unter Beachtung der relevanten Methoden und Tools (z.B. SAP SuccessFactors Workbooks)
 - Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Entscheider des Kunden, eigenverantwortliche Abstimmung und Durchsetzung von Standards (basierend auf der Cloud-Lösung SAP SuccessFactors) sowie Halten von Kunden-/ Anwenderpräsentationen und Workshops auf Managementebene in Englisch und Deutsch
 - Know-How-Aufbau in innovativen betriebswirtschaftlichen oder technologischen Themen sowie aktive Mitarbeit im internen Knowledge Management in lokalen und globalen Teams
 - Identifizierung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, Angebotserstellung, Aufwandschätzung und Kundenpräsentation für SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central sowie weitere Module (z.B. Learning)
