 * Kommunikation von Eskalationen und Lösungsansätzen an das 1st und 2nd Level Support-Team
 * Behebung von alltäglichen Störungen bei Servern, Anwendungen und Netzwerken
 * Führung und Optimierung des Wissensmanagements für alle Support-Teams
 * Identifikation von Prozessoptimierungen im Support-Workflow
 * Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch schnelle Problemlösungen
 * Teilnahme an Entwicklungsprojekten zur Verbesserung von Systemen und Anwendungen
