 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Administrationsaufgaben mittels PowerShell-Scripting einschließlich Modularisierung und Qualitätssicherung
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365- und Entra-ID-Hybridumgebung mit Exchange Online, Entra Connect, Conditional Access sowie Identity- und Device-Security
 * Betrieb und Betreuung der VMware-vSphere-Infrastruktur inklusive Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen auf Basis von Cohesity
 * Planung und Mitgestaltung einer Citrix-Umgebung (Workspace, Virtual Apps & Desktops) für rund 1.000 Terminalserver-Anwender einschließlich Kapazitäts-, Patch- und Release-Management
 * Umsetzung moderner Microsoft-Sicherheitsstandards wie Tiering-Modell, Privileged Access Management, LAPS sowie Audit- und Monitoring-Konzepte
