* Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung der globalen Enterprise-Architektur-Roadmap im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie
 * Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Bebauungsplänen sowie Definition von Architekturstandards, Richtlinien und Governance-Strukturen für die gesamte IT-Landschaft
 * Bewertung neuer Technologien, Trends und Marktveränderungen hinsichtlich ihres Nutzens für das Unternehmen sowie Initiierung von Innovationsprojekten
 * Beratung des Managements, der Fachbereiche und der IT-Projektteams bei der Konzeptionierung zukunftsfähiger, skalierbarer und sicherer IT-Lösungen
 * Unterstützung und Begleitung komplexer Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekte zur Ablösung von Legacy-Systemen und zum Aufbau moderner Cloud- oder Hybrid-Strukturen
