## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau (B.Sc./M.Sc.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Medical-Device-Entwicklung, Industrialisierung oder Fertigung, idealerweise im Bereich Injektions- und Drug-Delivery-Systeme
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Spritzguss, Toleranzanalysen, Design-/Prozess-FMEA und technischen Zeichnungen
 * Erfahrung in Device-Verifizierung und statistischer Datenauswertung mit Minitab
 * Kenntnisse in Design Control gemäß ISO 11608 sowie in pharmazeutisch konformer Dokumentation
 * Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
 * Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+) sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Mitarbeit in mehreren Entwicklungsprojekten für Injektionssysteme und Pen-Devices in Abstimmung mit Design-, Qualitäts- und Prozessingenieuren
 * Bewertung und Optimierung von Designs nach DFX/DFM-Kriterien hinsichtlich Fertigungs- und Montagegerechtigkeit
 * Fachliche Begleitung von Automatisierungslinien sowie Industrialisierungsthemen wie Prozessfähigkeit, Skalierung und Serienreife
 * Prüfung von Messberichten aus FAT, SAT und OQ sowie Identifikation und Bewertung von Abweichungen
 * Review von Spritzguss-/Molding-Parametern und messtechnische Bewertung von Komponenten hinsichtlich Maßhaltigkeit und Toleranzen
 * Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Design-Verification-Aktivitäten gemäß ISO 11608
 * Statistische Auswertung von Testdaten mit Minitab
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Design-Control-Dokumentationen, u. a. Design FMEA, Toleranzanalysen, Verification-/Risk-Management-Dokumentation und Design Transfer
 * Teilnahme an internationalen Projektmeetings sowie Nachverfolgung von Action Items
 * Selbstständige Priorisierung und Steuerung der Aufgaben über mehrere Projekte hinweg in Abstimmung mit dem Design Lead
