* Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung sowie der Active Directory-Infrastruktur
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Gruppenrichtlinien
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs in Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
 * Unterstützung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
 * Betreuung der Netzwerk- und Workplace-Infrastruktur sowie Unterstützung bei IT-Sicherheits- und Zugriffsprozessen
 * Mitarbeit an der Optimierung, Dokumentation und Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern bei IT-Projekten und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft
