Als AI Solution Architect und Expert:in übernimmst du eine führende Rolle in der Gewinnung und Gestaltung kommender Projekte und deren Architekturen. Du willst GenAI so bauen, dass sie im Tagesgeschäft zuverlässig funktioniert - sicher, integrierbar und skalierbar? Bei CGI gestaltest du die Architektur für Conversational-AI- und GenAI-Systeme mit Chat & Voice mit einem klaren Fokus auf Orchestrierung und Systemintegration. Du entwirfst End-to-End-Automationsketten, in denen GenAI-Bausteine über Workflow-Engines gesteuert werden - inklusive Routing, SLAs, Fehlerbehandlung und Auditierbarkeit.
