## Description

Übernahme von Support- und Installationsaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Enduser Support für Windows

 - Eigenständige Durchführung von IT-Supportarbeiten auf Basis übermittelter Tickets sowie individueller Projektaufträge und anschließende Dokumentation in den bereitgestellten Tools
 - Bearbeitung von Incidents im Incident-Management-Tool des Kunden
 - Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten auf der Kundenfläche in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld
 - Direkter Kundenkontakt sowie professionelle und serviceorientierte Kommunikation
 - Sicherstellung eines engagierten und zuverlässigen Supports vor Ort, Stellenbezeichnung mit Arbeitsort
