## About the Role

* Full, current SC clearance is essential. Candidates must hold valid, in-date Security Check clearance.
 * Proven experience working as a Product Owner within central government projects or programmes.
 * Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
 * Experience managing product backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams., Candidates from a strong Business Analysis background may also be suitable, particularly those with experience in Agile delivery, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and central government project environments., If you're an SC-cleared Product Owner or Business Analyst with central government delivery experience and are available for a new contract, we'd love to hear from you.

## Description

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in central government project delivery who can work closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and help deliver effective digital solutions., As Product Owner, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering products within a central government environment. You'll work with delivery teams, business stakeholders and technical colleagues to ensure priorities are clear and solutions meet user and business needs., * Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring work aligns with business objectives.

 * Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, business needs and priorities.
 * Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Collaborate with Agile delivery teams to support successful project delivery.
 * Facilitate refinement sessions, sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies.
 * Manage competing priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
 * Support continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
