 * Solid experience building executive-level reporting and performance metrics.
 * Exceptional stakeholder engagement, management, and communication skills to bridge technical teams and business leadership.
 * Experience in data stewardship, audits, and complex organizations (certifications like DAMA, Microsoft, or ISO 42001, plus Collibra experience are a bonus).

## Description

* Working directly with data owners and stewards to handle day-to-day compliance and data management standards.
 * Running AI risk assessments, validation reviews, and regulatory checks aligned with frameworks like ISO 42001.
 * Building executive dashboards, scorecards, and governance KPIs.
 * Running governance committees, steering meetings, and keeping audit trails and compliance logs sharp.
 * Driving internal training and continuous process improvements.
