You're adaptable, collaborative and focused on delivering a great customer outcome-not simply closing a ticket. ## Description We're looking for a hands-on Application Support Engineer to support and improve the systems behind real-time passenger information, fleet monitoring and service operations. You'll investigate issues that matter to customers and operators, take ownership through to resolution, and work closely with engineering teams to make our products more reliable. Our platforms are used around the world to deliver accurate arrival information, manage vehicle fleets and communicate disruption updates to passengers. Built around Vix Horizon, BusNet and the new Beacon cloud platforms, our systems are increasingly cloud-native on AWS.
